Q How long will my order take to arrive?
A Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours to arrive with UK customers within 5-7 working days. If for any reason there is a delay, we will endeavour to contact you to notify you of the delay and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. All furniture orders will be dispatched within 4 to 8 weeks.
Q How much will delivery cost?
A Please see our Terms and Conditions pages for our delivery pricing structure. The delivery price will be shown in your shopping basket, so you can see any charges made before confirming your order. Please note that all overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays.
Q What forms of payment are accepted?
A We only accept payment by credit card and debit card. We are sorry, but no other forms of payment can be taken. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept payment by American Express. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. Any charges already incurred will be refunded.
Q How do I know my online transaction is secure?
A Making purchases on our website is easy and secure. We use the strongest encryption possible (128Bit) to ensure your sensitive details are transferred to us securely. You will be able to make payment using your credit or debit card through our SSL authenticated system. When entering your personal details you will see the web address prefixed with "https://" which shows that all transactions are fully encrypted to industry standard High-Grade Encryption (128 bit). When making online payments your card details will be held securely in an encrypted format until payment has been made. As soon as the payment has been completed and your card has been debited, all records of your card details will be deleted. At NO point are your card details passed on to any other parties, persons or systems.
Q What will happen to my personal information once I register?
A Any information you provide will be held securely and only used to process your order and for statistical purposes. Should you agree we will also advise you of any offers or promotions we may be running. Your information will not be used by or sold to any third parties.
Q Can I visit your shop?
A We are an internet based shop so orders for our products can only be made online.
Q Will I receive an order confirmation for my purchases?
A We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and will send you a further email to confirm that we have processed your order.
Q Do you have a catalogue?
A Here at Scribbletree, we are trying to play our part in making the world a happier place and remain aware of green issues. For this reason, we prefer to display our extensive range of products on our website. If however you do require a catalogue, please complete the Catalogue Request Form and we will endeavour to do our best to obtain one from our supplier for you.
Q Can I choose a delivery time?
A All orders for or including furniture are delivered using our manufacturer’s Home Delivery Services. Shortly after placing your order with us, you will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. We can not always guarantee a particular date or time, but we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Textile orders are delivered using a carrier or by post and we are currently unable to guarantee a particular day or time for delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but should the carrier or postman deliver your parcel when you are not at home, they will leave a card or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery, or arrange for you to collect it.
Q Can I track my order online?
A Sorry, we do not currently have an order tracking facility available. Should you wish to see where your order is up to, please contact us by email at customerservices@scribbletree.co.uk and we will happily update you.
Q I have been sent an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?
